Murray Brothers takes steps to hire new employees through NEW Employee Referral Policy

Murray Brothers is taking progressive steps to help deal with a labour shortage trend being felt at the mill. Effective September 8, the Murray Brothers HR department is implementing an Employee Referral Policy that aims to increase the number of people working at Murray Brothers by providing incentives to current employees. 

Employees at Murray Brothers know what working at our mill is all about, and are in a good position to help the company find the best job candidates. The new policy encourages current employees to share Murray Brothers job opportunities to their friends and family members. The incentives for current employees ranges from a $10 Madawaska Coffee Gift Card to a $100 bonus. All information, including how to refer someone, is outlined below.
